1. Find your trail in the catalog
Open Trail Status Pro and search for your trail system. Most popular trails are already in the catalog. If yours isn't, just email us and we'll add it.
2. Email us to verify
Send a quick note from your trail org's email domain (or include a link to your volunteer page) to info@trailstatuspro.com. We verify the request and grant you admin rights, usually within 24 hours.
3. Sign in to the admin app
Visit the admin web app from any device. Sign in with the same Google account you used to email us. You'll see your trails listed and ready to manage.
4. Post your first status
Pick open / caution / closed, optional summary, and a duration (4 to 72 hours). Riders subscribed to your trail get a push notification within seconds.
