Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trail Status Pro mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, "the Service"), operated by Unrestricted Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Trail Status Pro provides trail status information aggregated from publicly available sources and from verified trail-administrator posts. We make best efforts to keep information accurate but the Service is provided as-is. Trail conditions can change at any moment. Always confirm with the trail operator and use your own judgment before riding or hiking.
Your account
- You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information when you sign in via Google or another supported authentication provider.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its data.
- Submit false trail-status information or attempt to impersonate a verified trail administrator.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Trail administrator role
If you are granted "trail admin" status for a specific trail system, you accept responsibility for keeping that trail's status accurate. Misuse of admin privileges may result in revocation of your admin status without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trail status information will always be accurate or timely.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unrestricted Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including without limitation injuries sustained on trails, missed events, or any damages resulting from incorrect or delayed status information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
