How does Trail Status Pro know if a trail is open?

We read each trail system's official status page and use AI to classify what's happening. Trail stewards can also post their own status updates directly through our admin app, which bypass the AI and reach riders within seconds.

Can I get alerts when trails reopen?

Yes. Toggle notifications on any trail you follow and we'll push a notification the moment its status changes — open, caution, or closed.

Does the app include weather?

Yes. Each trail's detail screen includes a localized weather strip so you understand the next two hours of conditions before you load the truck.

Can I add my local trail system?

Yes. Submit any trail system from inside the app. Our curators verify and add it to the catalog so other riders can subscribe.

Is there an Android version?

The Android app is currently in beta. Email us to join the tester list.
